Community Protection Through Environmental Design

CPTED is a form of situational crime prevention that reduces the opportunities and incentives for crime to occur and reduces community fear of crime by designing and managing built environments in alignment with established principles.

Our approach to CPTED is design driven. Check-the-box exercises only reveal issues, not solve them. We aim to work collaboratively with our clients to develop solutions to risks [and help put their best foot forward in the development application process.
